Worst customer service , if you're looking at something online to make sure it's in stock definitely call the store location first half the stuff they claim to have ready to pick up in store online with curbside purchase is not actually available for purchase in store

Very friendly staff, they were able to direct me to anything I needed quickly and without hassle. The selection at this store isn't as large or diverse as most larger hardware stores but the friendly and knowledgeable staff make up for it. After purchasing extra supplies I needed to return one item and it was simple and hassle free.
Tried to get a keycut there
Was told no because i didn't purchase the blank there. I didn't know they sell fob's. I didn't want it cut for free. Would have gladly paid. Been shopping here for 20 years
Not any more. I'll go to lowes from now on

I run into this store quite often. Always great help. Always a great selection of what ever I'm looking for. So if you don't have time to run into one of the big box stores, go to Ace. You'll be happy you did!
Went to buy a propane tank and a garden hose storage holder. They didn't have any full propane tanks but directed me to a company that did. The service overall was good.
So I came in here on a last Monday Morning, and when I walked in I wasn't even greeted upon entry. There was this heavy employee behind the register on his phone the whole time i was in there, when I asked them a question they didn't respond for the first 2 times. Then I went to my product to find out the package was already opened and just taped back together, not only was it just that, the price was incorrect when I came into the front to pay. When I asked them to check they refused. So I said I will take my business to Home Depot and they said I can do whatever I want. I am very disappointed in my local hometown hardware store. I can't even fathom my sadness from that day from start to finish, and this just made it worse. :( L FOR ACE
